about
Meet Sally
Sally has been teaching yoga throughout the Dallas area for almost 16 years. Over time, her practice has expanded beyond physical postures to include meditation, breathwork, and sound healing.
To Sally, yoga can challenge us physically, but its deeper purpose extends far beyond that… It is a way of being, and an invitation to greater presence, awareness, and intention in how we move through life. She believes the practices of yoga offer us an opportunity to better understand ourselves and how we respond to the challenges we face.
Her retreats are an extension of this philosophy, bringing together movement, meditation, and meaningful experiences that invite people to step outside their everyday routines and connect more deeply with themselves. Her intention is to create space for exploration, connection, and a renewed sense of awareness that can be carried into daily life.
Outside of teaching, Sally enjoys simplicity and spending time with her loved ones — her kids, boyfriend, and of course her two kittens, Padmé and Tachi. She loves cooking, where creativity and spontaneity come together, singing, and exploring her own sense of personal power through plant medicine. She and her boyfriend share a love of travel and exploring places like Peru and Mexico. Caring for animals in need is another meaningful part of her life.
